I just had to drop you a line, as yesterday my wife and I ate the last piece of bread that we took with us a week ago from your company in Rotkreuz. It is really incredible, but even though it was 7 days old and had only been stored in the fridge, it tasted wonderful and had not gone hard or lost its flavour. I think you could also convince the doubters in your technology with this. I would therefore like to thank you on behalf of my wife and myself.
